What's great about it: Features, performance, value
What's not so great: Comes with Windows 8
I bought this on May 2, 2014 and really love it. I needed to replace an 8 -year-old Dell laptop and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I looked at a lot of the lower-priced laptops out there and decided this was the best one for the money. I don't think you can find another laptop with a quad-core processor and a 750GB hard drive unless you spend a lot more money. Unfortunately, like most other PC's and laptops out there, it comes with Windows 8.1, which is a bit better than Windows 8, but that isn't saying much. The first thing I did was dispose of Windows 8 and install Windows 7 Home Premium. Yes, it's an added expense, but worth it to avoid the frustrations and aggravation of Window 8. This laptop was built for Windows 8 so I had to hunt around the web for Windows 7 drivers compatible with it, which wasn't too difficult. Haven't had any issues with it since. If you're looking for a great low-priced laptop this is the one to get.

I would recommend this to a friend!

will it run Photoshop?

I need a computer JUST to run Photoshop. Will this do?
This should work, the minimum requirement for processor is 2.0 GHz or faster and a 64-bit OS (Windows 7 or 8). If you do a lot of graphics work you may want to consider a slightly more powerful laptop ( a few more dollars), would be worth it in the long run.
