I have to say this dishwasher was a dream come true; it gets the dishes very clean and is relatively quiet at a pretty affordable price. The downside Is the capacity. While I wasn't expecting much, it at least advertises fitting six place settings, but I don't think that is remotely possible unless you're using children's tea-sets. The schematic included couldn't fit anything of mine as shown. My target dinner plates won't even stand up inside it and close; you have to tilt them at a drastic angle reducing the number of anything you can fit. The diagram also made me laugh as it shows fitting 6 glasses below and six mugs above the glass-holders, which means your coffee mugs would need to be about 2" tall.
Overall, I like the dishwasher. It does what it should and I'm happy with the quality. Anyone needing to truly fit more than a few dishes should look elsewhere.

Great Game, Not sure what the fuss is about

What's great about it: Great graphics, intruging gameplay, huge world
What's not so great: goldspammers
I'm not sure what the huge fuss is over this game as most of the reviews I've read are bad. Maybe its just people only decide to write a review over something if they're mad.
Anyway, I've played this game since the open beta, have purchased the special collector's edition, and have spent hours playing. I have never had the issues that all of the other posts seem to have had.
The queue times have NEVER been at 4 hours for me. At most, I've waited about 30 - 45 minutes. While this may seem long, any online game worth it's salt has high queue times either during launch or during an upgrade. The reason: if there were too many servers (aka no queue time) there would be virtually no players as they would be spread out over too many servers. Also, I'm not sure about this whole 'account ban' scheme, but I'm pretty sure that no one gets an account banned with no explanation for no reason at all.
Anyway, I've found the game to be fantastically entertaining to play, much better than I did WoW. There is an actual story line to follow in the game as well as a more well defined system to complete quests. There has not been one point so far I have had to google where something is or how to do something as I have had to all the time in WoW. The game is great fun, but doesn't have a learning curve so high on it that only the geekiest of geeks can tell you what you're doing.
Don't listen to the others on this site; this game is ultimately a keeper and will probably prove much more long-lasting and sucessful than a lot of the MMO's out there today.

do you need good water pressure to use this unit?

we have well water, its hard water and the pressure out of the sink is not very good
I don't believe so. The dishwasher 'fills' itself from the tap before starting, so I don't think it would matter. The pressure is created by the actual washer. Your situation would just cause the initial filling of the machine to take longer.

Capacity?

Exactly how many dishes can fit in this washer? I see that it says 6 place settings, but I'm not exactly clear what that means. 6 plates, cups, bowls and silverware?
It's kind of small. My plates won't even stand up vertically the way it's shown, and my plates are pretty standard. I would say if you want it to fit more than dishes created by 3-4 people eating (plates, salad plates, silverware and cups) I would look elsewhere.

What is the recommended brand of dishwashing detergent and rinse aid for this machine?

Any will do. The instruction manual says its your choice and just to check the package directions for how much to use.

Is there an adapter or extender cord I can buy for this

I have this dishwasher and love it, but unfortunately it does not reach from the counter we have it on in the kitchen. I originally bought a rolling cart to leave it on, but it was taking up too much space with the dishwasher on it so I now haul the dishwasher onto the cart whenever I want to use it. I would rather have an extender from the dishwasher to the sink if possible.
The tubing included is pretty generic water tubing and it does come off of the adapter. I would remove the tubing and take it to Home Depot as they should be able to find you what you need. The only thing I would watch out for is if the tubing is too long on the counter, it may have trouble draining and could create a back-flow into the dishwasher. If your dishwasher stays consistently wet, you can have bacteria buildup or rust occur.

Below countertop use?

Would this work and drain properly if it was used below the countertop? I only have 15" available above my countertop. If I placed it in a base cabinet, would it function properly? Would it create a tremendous amount of humidity/dampness if enclosed in a base cabinet?
I probably wouldn't recommend doing this. The gravity of the tubing helps it drain, and putting it below sink-level would mean your dishwasher would almost always have a backflow of water in it. The instruction book specifically says to keep the dishwasher as dry as possible between uses to reduce hard-water build-up and bacterial growth.

Do I have to buy a special screw on adapter for the faucet to fit the hose setup?

No it comes with one. I had to remove the twist-off cap that was on mine and install the new one which allows for the adapter. The only downside is that the included adapter does not level-out the water flow the way most sinks do, so rather than a normal sink pressure you end up with a jet of water that comes out pretty forcibly. It's only annoying if you forget and turn the water on all the way, but it is something to be aware of.
