What's great about it: Big screen, 4G LTE, upgradable to latest android, quality camera, gorilla glass

What's not so great: Avg batter life, WIFI issues, battery drain issues

I have been using my black HTC One X for 5 months and it is a great phone. The big size screen is good for viewing full websites and watching streaming videos on the go. The beats audio from the headphone jack is better than any other phone I have owned. The rear camera takes surprisingly amazing quality pictures for a phone. The 4G LTE provided by AT&T is very fast, I sometimes get 20Mbps downstreams at certain areas. One of the problems I had was that one side of the touch screen became unresponsive after 3 months of use and so I had to send it into AT&T for a replacement. Also on the previous HTC One X I own, the WIFI would sometimes have a weak signal even when I'm close to the router. I think it was a hardware issue with my first phone. After the replacement phone, the WIFI works fine. The most annoying issue however is sometimes when I put the phone in standby, some applications in the background would not go into standby properly and would drain all of the battery. This happens very rarely though and with random applications and I don't know what the root cause of it is. Even with these minor issues, I am satisfied with this phone.

No docking station provided with the phone, but you can find 3rd party docking stations elsewhere online.

Does this phone include headphones if purchased in-store at Best Buy at full price?

Does the Samsung Galaxy Note II for Verizon include headphones? I purchased the Galaxy Note II from Best Buy last Wednesday and I am unsure if it had headphones in the box.

The AT&T and Verizon version of the Galaxy Note II does NOT come with headphones. Only the Sprint and T-Mobile version have them.

Is the connection for the charger a microUSB port or is it a proprietary Samsung connection?

Is the charger connection for the phone Note II the same as for the Tablet Galaxy Note 10.1? I want to travel with both but would prefer to take only one cord. What about the connection for the Galaxy S III? Can this cord be used for the Tablet?

The usb charger cable for Galaxy S III and Galaxy Note II is compatible with each other because they both use microUSB. The Galaxy Tablet 10.1 is not compatible since it uses a proprietary Samsung connection.

Is this phone the 16gb version or do I have to buy a microSD card?

The phone title or specs on this website do not show how much memory the phone comes with. I expect it to be 16gb, but since it's 100$ cheaper than the verizon wireless website I just wonder if it comes with less memory.

All Samsung Galaxy Note II versions are at least 16gb and above. The 32gb and 64gb options are, of course, more expensive.

Is it compatible with an apple computer?

I want to be able to connect the usb cable to my computer and transfer pictures, music etc. interchangeably between phone and computer.

Yes, it's compatible with Apple computers. If you are running Android OS version 4.0, you can plug right in and it will show up as a removable drive. If you upgrade to version 4.1 or above, then you will need to download a 3rd party application to sync your files to and from your phone.
