What's great about it: Tells you who is calling and a person's ringtone rings for call or txt
What's not so great: Charger connection is magnetic and the cord is short.
I have used many kinds of bluetooths. This one lasts 7 hours, tells you who is calling and you have the option to audibly answer or ignore. If you have a contact listed with a certain ringtone that rings through this. If a person has a certain ring tone for texting, that rings in your ear so you know who sent you a text. Sound is great and the only time someone has a hard time hearing me is when I'm walking into 25 mile an hour wind! Plus when the rubber ripped on the ear cover, brought it back and Best Buy thought Plantronics wouldn't let them give you a new one since it had been over 6 months but Plantronics policy is give you a replacement absolutely no hassle. NASA uses this company for communication so they must be doing something right.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i wear bluetooth on my left side - is this possible with this one ( any adjustment i have to make ?)

Yes as I wear it on my left ear also. Very easy to do. You don't need to pull off a part and switch it. You just turn the parts on the device itself to fit on left side.
