This product was sent to me to review but my wife used it consistently for at least 2 weeks. The review that follows are typed words based on my wife’s experience.
--- SETUP ---
Setup was simple. The FOREO Luna play plus silicone facial brush comes with a preinstalled battery pack. There is a simple on and off switch that gets the brush vibrating right away.
--- FEATURES ---
Silicon bristles, vibration option (1 setting available), and package includes a micro-foam cleanser for all skin types.
--- PERFORMANCE ---
The bristles are soft and provide a nice massage for the face. It is great for relieving facial tension after a stressful day. The cleanser really cleanses the face without drying it, which is saying a lot for being promoted as an all-skin type cleanser. Additionally, the brush can be used dry or wet.
--- EXPECTATIONS ---
As far as removing black heads and cleaning your pores, there was no noticeable difference. This type of product is meant to make your face look brighter and give it a glow effect. It also increases blood circulation to the face. Personally, I didn’t notice a difference. However, I did enjoy using the silicone facial brush to massage my face.
--- APPROVAL ---
If you are the type of person who enjoys doing a home-spa experience, then this product is for you.
I would recommend this to a friend!

--- SETUP ---
The setup is quick but requires a few more steps than a normal clock. First, download the Alexa app if you don’t already have it. Make sure the app is up to date. Once updated, open the app. If the clock is plugged in, then the app will find the clock. If it isn’t plugged in, you can manually add the clock.
--- FEATURES ---
The key feature this clock is that it has integrated Alexa. This means that you can use your voice to ask it to check the weather, set an alarm, control other Alexa devices (like smart lights), and generally, do other things your Alexa Echo Dot can do.
--- PERFORMANCE ---
The performance of the clock works, in a sense. The clock display is bright and the brightness can be adjusted in the Alexa app. You can manually set alarms using the buttons on the device, though that is not user-friendly at all. The best way to set alarms is to say, “Alexa, set an alarm…” to whatever day and time you want. I use it daily to ask for the weather so I know what to expect before I leave home.
One of the features I liked most was being able to stream my audiobooks. Since the alarm clock is in my bedroom, a little book-listening before bed is nice. Early in the morning, the display is large enough for me to see the time at a glance. I also liked setting reminders, such as reminding me to stop watching a TV show because I needed to refocus on work.
--- EXPECTATIONS ---
The one thing I don’t like is that most settings need to be changed through the Amazon Alexa app. The settings are very limited. By default, the clock is set up to show a meter for how much sound is in the room. That’s a neat feature, but mostly useless information for me. I changed that information to that of the humidity and weather instead. Additionally, this clock couldn’t recognize my WiFi 5G or 6G. It could only pick up my 2.4G.
However, what I couldn’t change was the time. Being a smart clock, it should display the time from my phone, as it is using bluetooth and my home wifi network to display the time. However, the clock set itself up as one hour ahead. I was trying to see if there was a way to change the daylight savings time settings, but neither through the voice nor through the app settings was that possible. Hopefully, the clock situation will change.
Additionally, saying “Alexa” to get it to do things with the voice was more a miss than a hit. I felt as if I needed to raise my voice more than usual or get closer to the device before it recognized the “Alexa” prompt. I’m used to other smart devices with voice prompts and I use them daily, but none require as much effort as this clock does for me.
--- APPROVAL ---
As it is, I can only recommend this product if you don’t plan on using the smart features too often. Having to change everything on the app is not a friendly experience and the voice prompt doesn’t work as well as other Alexa-friendly devices.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

--- SETUP ---
The setup is typical of any Bluetooth headphones. Hold the Bluetooth button to turn on and pair with your phone. I switched the earbud foams with the smaller ones that were included for best comfort.
--- FEATURES ---
The key feature of these earbuds is the safety feature for protection from loud noises. They reduce noise by 25 decibels.
--- PERFORMANCE ---
The performance was pretty good. You have the ability to turn the ambient sound on and off as well as adjust the level of noise you want when on. There are separate volume buttons to raise and lower the volume of your audio. I tested these in two places. The first time, I was adding air to my wife’s tires on her car. Our air pump is pretty loud. Combined with the noise of the car, that’s a lot of noise added. Because I turned on the ambient sound, I was able to clearly hear my wife from a safe distance while my ears felt protected from the pump and running car.
The actual reason why I got these was because I am a dance instructor by night. At least three times a week, I am at a dance club dancing near giant speakers. An ear doctor told me that my hearing had decreased, so I decided to protect my ears with these. I could still clearly hear the Salsa songs without interfering with the timing of the dance. I was not out of place wearing these, as other people wear similar protection. However, I liked that I could hear a different song or my own phone notifications while I waited for the next dance.
--- EXPECTATIONS ---
The product meets my expectations. There is only one caveat that I’d like to address. When you turn on the ambient sound, if I accidentally covered the outside of the earbud, I would get a high-pitched noise similar to when you place a microphone in front of a speaker. This is often referred to as feedback. It only happened when I touched and covered the earbud, which I wouldn’t do intentionally, but you will end up doing it when putting on the earbuds or removing them. Other than that, I do enjoy their performance.
--- APPROVAL ---
I highly recommend this product for people who are around loud noises regularly and wish to protect their ears but still want to be able to hear the sounds around them.

--- SETUP ---
This Hover Scooter comes pre-assembled. All you have to do is erect the rod, snap it into place, and attach the handlebars. No tools required, though it does come with an allen wrench if you want to tighten a few screws. Finally, charge the scooter for 3 hours with the included charger and you are good to go, quite literally.
--- FEATURES ---
This scooter features a 3 hour full charge, bluetooth speaker, 15 miles per hour speed, and up to 9 mile ride per charge. It supports a rider weighing up to 260 pounds. Additionally, it can fold for easy storage or travel.
--- EXPECTATIONS and PERFORMANCE ---
I have ridden all types of paid electric scooters and always wanted to own one myself. I had heard of hoverboards but not the Hover scooter. Lo and behold, this little guy came along ready to showcase its amazing capabilities. First off, I was able to carry the box from the store on my own. Overall, the item weighed about 40 lbs. For safety I borrowed a cart to take it to my Jeep and from there, I transferred it to my vehicle with no issues. Unpacking it was quick and easy with no mess. I read the instructions, but it was easy to figure out where and how to charge it, how to install the handlebars, and how to set up the scooter for use. After three hours of charge, I took the scooter for a spin in my neighborhood. 15 miles an hour does seem fast when you aren’t protected by windows and doors, lol.
Seeing as how the scooter has no suspension, you will feel a bumpy ride if the road isn’t smooth enough, but nothing that is any different from paid scooters found in public. The board you stand on has grip, akin to that of skateboards. This made my feet feel secure where I was stepping on and I was able to keep my balance without any issues. There are a few speed bumps in my neighborhood, and at first, I was circumventing them. I decided to try going over one of them and was a bit concerned because the board you stand on is long. I was able to clear the speed bump going at around 8-10 miles an hour with no problem at all. When I wasn’t using the scooter, there’s a simple kickstand that holds your scooter up. It’s nothing fancy but it does the job well. I felt as though the scooter wouldn’t drop on it’s own unless a stronger force pushed it.
Pairing the bluetooth speaker was great because it allowed me to use the scooter with music. The speaker is located on the bottom of the board. Owning many bluetooth speakers, I can tell you this is not the highest quality of sound you will hear. That being said, you will hear your tunes even when riding at 15 miles an hour. The speaker works for music, not so much for podcasts as the scooter itself rattles quite a bit when going fast. Also, you must set the volume before you ride, as the interface of the scooter doesn’t allow you to raise, lower, or pause the bluetooth audio.
In terms of using it, the right handlebar has a switch you push down for the throttle while the left handlebar has a switch that works for the break. The break works pretty well and takes getting used to for about a minute to understand how quickly you will actually slow down. There is also an emergency manual break you can use with your foot by pressing down on the back wheel cover. This is the simplest, most easy to understand scooter I’ve used.
Though the features it offers aren’t the best of the line, there’s no denying that this scooter will get many hours of use from simply going out to pick up the mail to leisure time at the park.
--- APPROVAL ---
At the time of this review, I weighed 225 lbs. The scooter had no problem speeding up and taking me where I pleased. I recommend this review for anyone from teenagers to adults. It feels great going to a park with your own scooter knowing that you’re not spending cents or dollars per minute and you can ride wherever you want to go without restrictions. You will love it.

--- SETUP ---
This monitor took me about 2 hours to set up. This includes reading the manual, separating all the parts, screwing what needs screwing, and asking for a second person to help carry it to its final location.
--- FEATURES ---
The monitor features a refresh rate of 240Hz, 5120 x 1440 Maximum, Native resolution, 1 millisecond response time, FreeSync Premium Pro (AMD Adaptive Sync), G-Sync Compatible (NVIDIA Adaptive Sync), and 49 inches to boast about. Additionally, it has 2 HDMI 2.1 ports, 1 1.4 Display port, 2 USB2.0 Type A ports, and a headphones jack. Height and tilt are adjustable. Supports HDR 10, and HDR 10+.
--- EXPECTATIONS and PERFORMANCE ---
When you open this monitor, your eyes will be stunned at the beauty of this monster. My monitor is white on the back, and with the giant circle where the arm of the stand goes, it almost looked like a Sci-Fi weapon from Halo. It included 1 HDMI cable, 1 display port cable, a USB cable, and the power supply cable. The instruction manual highly encourages you to plug every cable in before assembly, as part of the assembly includes connecting a cover to hide all the cables that may stick out from behind the monitor. The cover of the cables is a nice touch, but it will effectively shorten your cable length because it has to run down the stand before you can get enough length to use it. I tried the cover at first, but ended up removing it to get the extra length I needed for the various things I plugged this monito to.
GAMING:
For gaming, I plugged in my Xbox Series X on HDMI port 1 and my MSI Delta 240hz gaming laptop with Ryzen R7-5800H Processor, Radeon RX6700M graphics card, 16GB Memory. For comparison, I downloaded Halo Infinite on both my Series X and my laptop. It is truly a stunning view to behold! Since the HDMI port is a 2.1, my Xbox was able to open the game at 4K 120Hz and it looked stunning. Definitely a step up from my previous 1440/60 setup. Game animation was fluid and you can tell the difference between 60Hz and 120 Hz.
I then switched over to my PC and played the same game. This time, at a 4K resolution, it left me breathless. It will be hard to go back to another monitor that isn’t this one. My wife happened to walk by when I was playing and she just uttered, “WOW,” looking at how gorgeous the landscapes looked. I then tried Forza Horizon 5 and you can tell this monitor gives you something extra special with racing games. Game after game, the monitor kept showing me what an extra wonderful experience gaming can be with the proper hardware and setup.
One of my favorite features was the picture in picture mode. When I had to do some work from home, I would turn on picture in picture and use the Xbox on the left side of the screen while I had my work space on the right side of the screen. This allowed me to gradually make progress for my work between matches of Halo multiplayer. Just for testing, I really enjoyed the fact that I could have Halo on the left and Death Loop on the PC on the right side of the monitor. Definitely not the ideal way to play both games, but it is a fun concept and there might be a potential use for that. For now, my summer streaming setup will be much easier seeing as how now I have so much more desktop space to move windows when streaming with Streamlabs OBS.
Finally, in preparing for this review, I read several comments from previous owners. There might have been an issue with an older model of this monitor. However, when mine arrived, there was a sticker that had a manufacturing date of August 2021. Also, the ports on this monitor are HDMI 2.1, so it will work great with your PS5 or Xbox Series X, if that’s what you game on. For PC, your best experience is to use a display port if you have one.
--- APPROVAL ---
If you want to be the ultimate gamer, have the ultimate gaming experience, and want to be fully immersed in your narrative, multiplayer, or simulation experiences, get this pronto!

--- SETUP ---
The Lucyd Sunglasses are quick to set up. Simply hold either the left or right buttons on the temples of the glasses to turn them on and have your mobile device set to bluetooth. The Sunglasses will appear, select them, and you’re ready to listen to your tunes.
--- FEATURES ---
These frames feature smart assistant compatibility, 6.5-8 hours of music and calls per charge, noise-canceling microphone, polarized, UV400 lenses, user-friendly physical-button controls, 50-foot range, Bluetooth 5.0, and Rx ready.
--- EXPECTATIONS and PERFORMANCE ---
Out of the box, the sunglasses look very stylish. The frames are transparent and the lenses have a reflective, metallic look. I turned them on immediately, as they had charge in them. I was able to pair them to my iPhone Pro Max 12 in about 30 seconds and I was listening to my podcast in less than a minute. I went on some errands and I was using them so I could listen to my choice of sound. I switched between podcasts, music, and audiobooks. I was able to listen to everything with no problem, but I did have to raise the volume at louder environments, such as the mall. While walking around and shopping, two people complimented me on the glasses. I shared with one of them that they had speakers in the temples, and they exclaimed that they didn’t even know such tech existed.
The glasses themselves do a great job of protecting my eyesight from the sun while walking and driving against the sunlight. This is actually my third pair of bluetooth sunglasses. The issues I’ve had with my previous pair is that they all have tried to push touch controls on the temples; this has always given me mixed results. The Lucyd Lyte sunglasses have physical buttons. To pause, raise/lower the volume, or skip/rewind a track, you have to push on either the left or right metallic physical buttons near the hinges of the glasses. This was a welcomed change in my smart glasses as there was less guesswork from the eyewear as to what I wanted it to do. To lower the volume, you press the left temple button once every time you want to lower it. To raise the volume, you use the right temple button. To play or pause your audio, you press either of the buttons twice. To skip a track, you press the right button three times, and to rewind the button, you press the left button three times. The button presses are fairly intuitive and easy to understand. The fact that they are physical buttons eliminates the guesswork of finding where the touch controls would be.
While being away from my phone, the connectivity remained. Sometimes, I would go back to my apartment to get something and my phone stayed in the vehicle. The music continued seamlessly and without dropping audio. Speaking of not dropping audio, phone calls are very clear. Since the microphone has noise-canceling capabilities, my own voice is clear as well when speaking back to my callers.
The only issue I had was at the beginning of setup. I couldn’t get the volume to work with the button presses. All the other functions worked fine except the volume. What I did was unpair the sunglasses from my phone and re-paired them. After that, all functionalities have worked well.
Lastly, if you are a prescription-glass wearer, these glasses are Rx ready. I spend more time using my prescription glasses vs. my prescription sunglasses. I will be going to the doctor to change the prescription on these as the frames and the audio create a great user experience that I want with me at all times.
--- APPROVAL ---
I recommend these glasses to someone who spends a lot of time under the sun and wants to enjoy music without covering their ears. I also encourage prescription-glasses users to give these a try to level up your traditional eyewear.
I would recommend this to a friend!

--- SETUP ---
The Echo Frames can be paired to your phone by using the Alexa app. Once paired, you’ll see some helpful videos on how to use its features like Alexa, slide bar, or pausing media.
--- FEATURES ---
These frames feature Alexa compatibility, Bluetooth speakers on temples, sun protection, carrying case, simple touch controls, and physical volume up/down buttons.
--- EXPECTATIONS and PERFORMANCE ---
I took these glasses on a road trip. My partner and I don’t like listening to the same music, so I got to wear my new shades while listening to my choice in sound. From just sun glasses point of view, they did their job to protect my eyes. I was able to see the road better while the bright sun was hitting my face.
As far as the speakers are concerned, they don’t cover your ear. Instead, the music plays from two tiny speakers on the temples and you hear the music because they are close to your ears. I did enjoy the experience. Being in a vehicle with loud external noises, I had to raise the volume alll the way up but it was comfortable to hear my music and podcast with no issues. Not once did I experience an audio drop.
The glasses themselves are stylish and comfortable to wear. The temples open outward a little when you wear them, so they are not tightly hugging your face. Moving in and out of the vehicle at various gas stations and even on walking trails, they never fell or slipped out of place.
I enjoyed my experience with them except that Alexa didn’t work 100%. When you say, “Alexa,” there is a blue light that indicates it is listening to you. The blue light is unobtrusive at the top of the right eye frame. After I said Alexa, it was a hit or miss Alexa hearing what I was asking. These were paired to an iPhone Pro Max 12. My iPhone and the Alexa app were both up to date and I double checked for that. It wasn’t a big issue for me because I’m used to using Siri, which worked with the glasses.
--- APPROVAL ---
These are my second pair of Bluetooth frames and they don’t disappoint. Get this for yourself as a treat if you go on walking trails or places where you need sun protection but also must have your tunes.

--- SETUP ---
The Belkin Soundform Earbuds paired with my iPhone quickly. They came pre-charged but I let them fully charge before first use.
--- FEATURES ---
5 hours of playtime, charging case with an additional 19 hours of use, IPX5 rating, touch controls, dual mics, find my earbuds (iPhone only), 3 ear tips.
--- EXPECTATIONS and PERFORMANCE ---
The manual for this product leaves a lot to be desired. Everything is explained in unclear pictures to the point where if you don’t know what certain things are, you won’t make much sense of things. For example, the case that houses these headphones can be charged wirelessly through a Qi charging pad. You wouldn't know that if you’ve never seen a Qi pad, let alone know what it is or does.
I looked for an app called Soundform Move Plus, as per the manual. The App store (iPhone) couldn’t find such an app. The closest thing it found was an app called Belkin Soundform. This is a companion app for Alexa. It wasn’t able to find my earbuds and I wasn’t able to test the “Apple Find My” feature.
The only way to control the functions on the earbuds is by touching the buds themselves. There are no physical buttons. Though this gives the earbuds a sleek look, the functionality and execution doesn’t work well. To pause, I had to press the earbud twice. Every time I tried pausing, it would lower the volume. I had to press the other earbud to raise the volume. It was a constant struggle trying to get the functions I wanted to work when I wanted. I resorted to just pausing with my phone. Additionally, when using one earbud, you will lose control of raising or lowering the volume, depending on which side you are using.
The charging case uses the now old micro USB port to charge. It would be nice if it used USB-C instead, but that’s a minor gripe, as many of us still have micro USB cables lying around and a small one is included. The case itself feels flimsy from the lid, though when I tested it, the lid never opened up on its own. The earbuds are also stored magnetically in the case, if it were to ever open on its own.
All of the above are unfortunate cases, as I do like the sound of the earbuds and the look. Listening to my podcasts was pleasurable. Also, with the right size of ear tip, they didn’t fall out of my ears. I gave one to my dance partner and we listened to the same song while we practiced Salsa and Bachata, two dances that have a lot of turns. Neither of us lost the earbud we were wearing, and they felt comfortable wearing them the entire time.
--- APPROVAL ---
I would recommend these headphones only if you don’t plan on using the touch features and will rely on your phone to pause, raise the volume, or change tracks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

--- SETUP ---
The setup of the camera can be quick or lengthy, depending on how you want to take care of your wires. The camera comes with a cigarette lighter charger with the cable protruding from it and a USB to allow you to connect your phone or other USB powered device. The rear view camera is a separate camera that can optionally be installed and that connects directly to the front camera.
--- FEATURES ---
4K recording, front and rear facing camera, 64 gig micro-SD card included, GPS, Alexa compatible, internal WiFi, touchscreen, and wireless transfer of videos or pictures to your phone.
--- EXPECTATIONS and PERFORMANCE ---
I’ve had a total of 4 dash cams and this one is by far the most superior. For starters, it includes everything you need to be up and running in no time. More specifically, you don’t need to buy a separate micro SD card, as a 64g one is included. By connecting the Drive Smarter app, you can be guided for the installation. I did all the steps up until I had the option to connect it to Alexa. I tried about 5 times and even though the Alexa app would recognize it, when trying to pair up, it failed every single time, so I wasn’t able to test the Alexa functionality. Regardless, I was able to use it without it.
The Drive Smarter app leaves a lot to be desired. I have Norton mobile protection on my phone. Upon trying to use the app, I kept getting constant warnings that the websites the Drive Smarter app was using were unsafe and Norton insisted on me leaving that app quickly. As a result, I didn’t use the app’s GPS functionality. Even when I turned off my Norton protection, I didn’t like that I couldn’t use the Drive Smarter GPS map in landscape mode. It only allowed me to view the map while the phone was vertical. Ultimately, I used waze for navigation but I allowed the camera to record everything.
I installed the rear camera to face the back of my vehicle. I can now clearly see how close a car gets to me and gives me a more clear idea of what’s behind me vs. my own vehicle's rear view camera that activates when I put it in reverse. I wish there was a way to only show the rear view camera with just a push of your finger, but that wasn’t possible.
One thing that I appreciate from both cameras is that they are installed with an ultra sticky pad vs. a suction cup. My previous dash cams have all used suction cups and they will eventually fall off with heat. These sticky pads have strong adhesive. Hence, it makes them more stable and will stay on your windshield until you remove them. That being said, you are committing to the location that you install it on, but you have an additional adhesive pad per camera included.
Lastly, you can transfer files to your phone by using the Drive Smarter app. It will connect wirelessly to the camera and you can see what’s been recorded and save the file to your phone. Three times, though, the app did freeze on me and I couldn’t get the camera to go back to recording mode without having to turn it off and on. The camera itself is great, but most of the bugs I encountered stemmed from using the app in some sort of way. I am glad that the app is optional and not essential to the experience.
--- APPROVAL ---
With 4K resolution it’s much easier to record and read license plates in vehicles even at night. If you want a quality dash cam, this is the way to go.
I would recommend this to a friend!

--- SETUP ---
Setting up the Razer Kraken V3 is as simple as plugging in the USB cable to your PC. It automatically opens the software needed to install and you can be using your new headphones in about 5 minutes.
--- FEATURES ---
LED lights, haptic feedback (vibration or rumble in the headset), and USB powered connection.
--- PERFORMANCE ---
I was not expecting to enjoy the headset as much as I ended up enjoying it. Having well over 8 pairs of gaming headsets, you can say that I’ve been around the block looking for the next best pair. What I found is that these are not only comfortable to wear (especially for someone who wears glasses), but they sound amazing and FEEL even more so. Yes, that’s right, they FEEL superb. With just about anything you watch, the headphones will start to vibrate. I tested them while playing all sorts of games. In music-heavy games like Tetris Effect, you will feel the base and placement of every block you lay. In games like Deathloop or other shooters, you can feel the impact of the shots fired as well as the direction you are getting attacked from. In scary games like Visage, I was more immersed into the atmosphere of the game and the tension of the character (represented by heartbeats) was literally palpable because of the headphones.
--- EXPECTATIONS ---
After using these headphones, I don’t feel like playing without haptic feedback ever again. I wish I could get a pair that worked with my Series X because I discovered something else. I am hard of hearing from my right ear. As a result, in many games, I sometimes have a hard time hearing where my enemies are. This is especially true for shooters. These headphones actually help with my disability because I can now feel where the danger is coming from without having to hear it.
--- APPROVAL ---
If you’re looking for a next-gen like experience or just want to be immersed into all video games you play, these are well worth the investment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Would these work with a Windows laptop with Bluetooth?

I don't own a Windows laptop, but I did successfully connect them to my MAC via bluetooth. Both, the MAC and my ELGATO HD60 recognized the microphone input and allows me to wirelessly chat.

Can I use the PX4 as a wireless headset for my iPad?

Though I haven't tried using it specifically to game on my iPad, the front of the box says it's wireless for mobile devices. I did successfully connect them to my MAC and they work like a charm.
