Like I said, this is a great laptop for the price. First thing I did was ditch the hard drive add a SSD and 4gb of RAM. It says RAM is not upgradable but it is!!! There are 2 RAM slots and it comes with a 4gb dimm in one. Popped in a 2nd one and everythings good.
I'm running Windows 10 Tech Eval and the thing just purrs. My son plays on Steam and all his games work well. I agree the track pad sucks but I use a wireless mouse and problem solved.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: It's a iPad only smaller.
What's not so great: Needs the retina screen.
I wasn't sure amount the size but I think I really like the smaller form factor, I may switch to a mini over my full size iPad 3 when it gets a Retina display.
This product is... responsive touch screen, easy to set up, Variety of apps available, A nice compact size, Easy to navigate, Comfortable to hold
About me... Basic web surfing & emails, Parent with kids, Comfortable with technology

what is the return policy and warranty for it ??
You're more or less out of luck. Samsung's customer service is absolutely appalling and severely lacking in anything that could be considered quality. I am currently dealing with them six months out of warranty and they have fought me every step of the way. Every Samsung appliance I've owned (washer/dryer, microwave and refrigerator) has given me some sort of problem and all of them have been met with blank stares by Samsung support. Simply put, go with a different company next time.
