What's great about it: Light easy to use and can hold 8 pound with ease
What's not so great: nothing
Manfrotto just does it right and goes well with my Manfrotto tripod and this Mono pod holds my Eight pound Camera, long lens and battery grip with ease, Best Buy was exceptional as always and I bought it when on sale Half Off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Ease of setup and the many adjustments you can do, the legs can be extened outward one at time of all 3 to lower camera
What's not so great: nothing
If you are using long Telephoto lens then this is the tripod you want I find it amazing and very well made I would recommend this tripod to anyone who is serious about Rock steady Shots.
Make sure to register this Tripod at Manfrotto site for an additional 8 years of Warranty you can't go wrong this this Tripod.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been a long time Nikon User used two Nikon F2 for years
got into DSLR with Nikon D50 found it a great camera but low light was killing me then saw the D300s bought it and love this camera.

My primary use for this drive is to backup HD video files. Is the drive speed 7200RPM?
Yes it is 7200 RPM, Have had it now for a number of months run very quiet and is fast.
