Main failing - Unlike previous models, when streaming video files from a network server, this model WILL NOT play multiple files from the same folder.
If you have ten files in the folder it will play one, And stop.
The user interface has been changed to a glorified smartphone display.
Very slow to power on, and off.
Even when streaming to the player from windows, you can only queue 2 files at a time - any more than that, and the extras will show an error, and not play.
An upgrade to a newer model is not supposed to be a downgrade.
This unit is being returned ASAP.
Since Best Buy has no selection of BD players anymore, I am going to have to get one from a different retailer altogether.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Crashes to home screen when loading video from Netflix, opening Netflix app again results in network error, must power cycle at AC plug repeatedly before network connection will work again
This product has... Great DVD upconversion, Slow load time, Easy to use controls, pathetic netflix software

What's not so great: Does not last
Drive worked perfectly for approx. 2 months, then would no longer burn single layer dvd, +r or-r.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
