What's great about it: It's easy to use
What's not so great: Its easy to lose... or wash
Fitbit has a great platform and simple/effective trackers. The one is easy to use and is typically out of mind.

What's great about it: Oustanding accoustics and noise cancelation
What's not so great: It's difficult for people to hear when you are talking into the microphone
The noise cancelation is so good that I was almost kicked out of the exit row on a flight because I could hear the flight attendant speaking to me (he was right next to me).
However, it is difficult for people to hear you speak when using the headphones to make a call.
Since these headphones have a built in battery, it would have been great to make them Bluetooth instead of plug.

do these come recharged?

There is a minimal charge so you can enjoy the out of the box. However I doubt the charge would be enough for extended use.
