This charger worked OK for a while but should not be considered a heavy use item. We have had it for about six months and the unit was used almost daily and has started to come apart at the plug which makes charging slow and intermittent
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I suppose for the price this unit works as expected however it will only charge my phone about 25% before giving up. There are better units on the market that provide more power for only a little bit more money

This tiny computer is pretty cool! It provides all the functions of a basic pc. Worked great for streaming videos and word processing. Not a lot of onboard memory but is expandable. Don't expect it to handle too many open programs at once or handle any kind of video game which has good graphics. Spend the extra 60 bucks on a Bluetooth keyboard mouse combo. It only had one usb and if you use it on the dongle for your keyboard you will have to resort to playing games with a micro sd card to transfer files.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you are asking if you can download movies to a different PC and then transfer them over and play them the answer is yes. This PC does not have the best Wi-Fi connection and video downloads take a little bit longer
