i guarantee ill buy one but it needs to be before Christmas, so when will you restock??

I have a HP Compaq DX2450 MicroTower PC in which the motherboard has failed and I want to replace. The unit has a AMD Athlon Dual-Core 4450B processor (2.3 GHz, 1 MB L2 cache, HT bus 2.0 ). Will this motherboard work as the socket type in the old board is AM2+.

Yes you can use your AMD X3 440 CPU in this motherboard. The AM3 socket is backwards compatible with AM2+.
