We do not test our mounts with specific phones. It is designed for any wireless charging phones.

Does this work with your cell phone case on?

The magnetic bond depends on the thickness of the case. A metal ring adapter is included and can be used on the outside of the case. Be sure to follow the metal ring instructions for proper installation and best results.

Do you have to Bluetooth first the light is blue the whe I stick me phone on it it flashes red and blue

No. Your mount does not use Bluetooth. The flashing means something maybe blocking the charging capabilities. Meaning if you have a phone case on the back or if your phone doesn't have the abilities to wirelessly charge, it will flash red and blue.

It will not be able to charge or hold your phone with a pop socket on the back of your phone.

So my Bracketron-PwrUp Qi Automatic Air dash mount works well but I am having trouble getting the wireless charging feature to work without it beeping saying it’s not charging. Is there a way to fix this without not being able to use the charging feature.

Hi Luke,
The beeping signifies that the power from the Car Charger is not present/available (meaning car is off or car charger not properly connected) and is part of a FEATURE, not a bug to warn users to remove their Phone.

When you turn the car off, if the device detects the phone, then the device will beep - the beep was intended to remind you to retrieve your phone. Once the car is power is turned off, there is only a limited time to open the arms to retrieve your phone before the device loses charge. Otherwise, you will have to turn the car back to open the arms.

Are you asking how to stop the feature from beeping? If so, my advice would be to remove your phone before the car is turned off to make sure you do not hear any beeping. We have taken this feedback into account and our most recent order removes this feature.

If this beeping is occurring while the car is on, please verify that you are using the included 12V car charger and USB-C charging cable that came with your PwrUp Automatic AND that they are properly connected to your cars DC supply (cigarette lighter receptacle).
