Does this work with a 2015 Dodge Dart SE?

If there is already a 8.4" radio then this model will not fit otherwise if there is no radio it will be able to be installed.

I read that this receiver has a usb slot on the front. Does this receiver have voice command capability like my factory receiver in my Ford truck. For instance, I tell my receiver play artist ( such and such ), and it goes to that artist on my usb.

The USB port is located on the bottom right corner. As for the commands you can only use the Bluetooth Voice to call a phone contact but not control the radio. All radio functions are done on the radio itself.

It does not seem that this is hands free for making a call - once the call connects then it is hands free. Can I make a call without my phone or by saying "call Joe"?

will this unit also work with climate controls and steering wheel controls?

The radio does offer the iDatalink Maestro connection which integrates your OEM. Make sure your vehicle is compatible with this adapter by calling iDatalink directly or by consulting with our Best Buy installation team.

I plan to install this in my RV. My wife typically drives a separate car behind me. Periodically I like to view what is going on behind me and make sure my wife if following. Can I view the camera on the back of my RV for this purpose.

The radio does allow you to manually go to the radios camera options to bring up the back up camera manually to see what is behind you.

Does this jbc system controle temp amd air conditioning

The radio doesn't offer the iData Maestro feature. To integrate your OEM this adapter is what is used. You can look at the KW-V960BW which offers this feature.
