I recently had this unit installed and I wanted to know how to upload photos. Every time I plug in my USB 2.0 (with car parked) it says “no support files!” I’ve tried .jpg as well as other file formats and it won’t work. Is it an installation issue?

I thought I could get a free installation with this car stereo.

the music sync effect stopped working. anyway to trouble shoot this?
