shows in one of the pictures a little USB port ?how does that work if it’s flush into the dash Also I have a 1997 Ford F-150 and the guy at Best Buy said it will fit my truck? Hope he isn’t wr I’m having Best Buy or a different company install it for me

The USB Port is within a data cord on the unit and most likely your installer will either run it in the glove compartment or by the armrest in the vehicule. This unit does also fits your 1997 Ford F-150.

I got the receiver all hooked up and everything works good except when I make or receive a phone call the caller can hear me but I cannot hear them. The speakers work fine for everything else but calls. Should I do firmware update for Iphone xr?
