Will this head unit be sufficient while using aftermarket stereo system at 600+ watts?
This is a question of the amplifier if you changed it. The headunit can handle since its sending the audio via RCA to amplifier to create this wattage. Replacing headunit gives you more sources to amplify to internal amp.
