If I install this in my 2019 Honda Ridgeline RTL, will I lose the funtion of my in-car USB, aux-in, steering wheel functions and 12 volt plugs. Will this work with my backup camera?

You initially will but this can be adapted to with iDataLink adapter.

Since this phone has capability to play video, will the radio play video from the iphone - such as from You Tube as an example?

No. This is blocked for car safety by CarPlay and Android Auto.

Sure. You can listen to any source via Bluetooth.

If I have a license plate frame back up camera installed in my current stereo can it be hooked up to this one?

Sure. Most rear cameras have a yellow composite RCA connection to adapt to.

Wondering what has to be done to make this stereo fit in my 2007 Honda Pilot. My current stereo is the factory installed 6 disc changer with aux. I saw in a few of the question that it is compatible with other 2007 Honda models, so why not the Pilot?

I dont see that this fits 2007 Honda Pilot.
