When I choose a setting in Head Mode (for example, "Song Random", when I turn off the vehicle and then turn it back on a day or so later, that setting seems to no longer be set properly. Is there a way to permanently set the setting so it saves it?

I have a 2012 Chevy Traverse with SiriusXM and On star. Will this radio work with both SiriusXM and allow step by step directions using On Star through the radio like my current one does?

Is it possible to actually include in the "specs" of any of the stereo equipment you sell in the specs...i,e, signal to noise ratio, total db output before distortion, the frequencies at which the unit is capable of producing like 20hz to 20,000k.

Just bought one. Can't figure out how to switch the FM stations from the first 6 stored stations to the next 6 or 12. Is there FM1; FM2; FM3 like in the Sony radios? Thanks

You can setup 18 stations. To store them Press and hold VOL knob until PRESET MODE flashes. Turn vol knob to select desired preset 1-18)
