Can I use this with my existing steering wheel controls to include BT phone controls on my 2014 Honda Civic?

That depends on the car specifically. Steering wheel adapters sold for your car will also let you know what features you will have.

This model accept MPEG-1 (720*480), MPEG-2 (720*480) and DivX. This model does not accept .MP4
