This unit only has one 1 USB (High Speed) port can you attach a 4-Port USB Hub so that you can use multiple devices?

You cannot attach a Hub. It will not work.

Can I use SiriusXM with this radio?

There are different ways to get Siriusxm. If you want the radio to display all the Siriusxm information then the radio will need the SXV300 adapter. This plugs into the back of the radio, you get your ID number and call them to activate. 2nd way is if you already have a subscription then you can download the Siriusxm app on your phone and just Bluetooth stream the audio.

Can I play old school iPods on this stereo?

The USB connection will not work. You can however use the auxiliary port 3.5mm jack connection or if your iPod has Bluetooth then you can use that.
