What is the difference between Model HA-EC25 and HA-EC25TB? I just purchased the HA-EC25T, but I don't think it is noise cancelling.
The HA-EC25T is the only model, the letter B just stands for the color black. These headphones are not noise canceling. JVC does have a line of noise canceling headphones which is listed on their website.

Have you tried to delete the headphones from your paired device off your phone and try to reconnect it? It would be best to call JVC and get over the phone troubleshooting help. They will walk you on deleting/repairing and see if that will get the headphones working again.

Can I listen to music off of YouTube with this radio ?
You are able to stream any music files when you utilize the Bluetooth Audio. You can stream your Youtube music, any music apps you might have as well.

The radio does play MP3 files from a CD and also if you have music on a USB flash drive.

I do apologize but the ear cushions are not an accessory that you can buy separate. If you by chance have some extra ear cushions from a different set of headphones you can see if they fit your ear buds.

Will this radio allow you to still control the DVD player from the front.
This radio does not have a CD/DVD player in it. There are no options to control a DVD/CD.

Will this plug into an existing kn-nt3jdt system dock?
The wiring harness on your older KW-NT3 is not the same. This being said make sure to use the new harness that comes with the new radio.

I have a 2011 Honda Accord Coupe. I would like this to replace the current old screen at the top of the dash and keep the existing controls (air temp, fan, etc) on the dash and steering wheel. Also getting rear camera. What do I ask for for a clean look?
