I connected this radio in a 2009 Nissan Versa and for some reason it keeps turning off. I then remove the face and reinstall it and it starts to work again? Why does it do this ?

This issue might be either the installation or possibly a radio problem. You might want to consult with your installer or call JVC directly.

Does the DVD player accept Blu-Ray disks or is it strictly DVD?

JVC does not have any radios that offer to play a Blu-Ray. This applies to Kenwood as well.

can you hook up a backup camera

This model radio does not have the option of connecting a backup camera. The radio needs to be a radio that actually has a full touch screen display.

Does it have a fuse in it?

The radio has a fuse at the back of the radio next to the power harness.

I did not see cameras included with this HU. What are the recomended Forward facing and back up cameras to go with this unit?

Cameras are not included with any JVC radio. The radio lets you use any after market backup camera as well as front camera. The connection is universal. If you want to stick with JVC you can look at their backup camera KV-CM30. JVC does not have a front facing camera but as long as you do get a front facing camera it will work as again its a universal connection.

Other websites say this fits a 1997 Volvo 850, but Best Buy says it doesn't. How do I know which stereos fit my car?
