What are the dimensions of the install kit? Want to install it with vertically with a slider window. Does it need to be emptied or does water evaporate?

Hello Dave, the installation kit are 3 pieces that when you attach together can fit a regular sliding door, each piece can be cut to fit on any window vertically or horizontally. As per the water, during air conditioning mode, most of the water created by humidity will be recycled and sprinkled over the evaporator coils to cool the unit down. Most of this water will be evaporated. Only during high humidity periods where condensate water will be created faster than it can evaporate, the excess will run into the internal bucket once the internal reservoir is full the unit will turn off and the red light will turn on to let you know that it is required to drain it.

The decibel rating on high is approximately 52.4 dB.

It says for easy installation for windows and doors ... but doesn't come with any accessories or installation kits? How does that make sense?
