This is listed as a Ryzen 5 7000 series but the core on the processor shows only 4 under specs. In research the Ryzen 5s are generally 6 core with higher thread counts. The 7000 series shows to have more. Is this 4 core? Am I missing something?
Steph, thank you for your concern about the number of cores that are in this processor. I checked on AMD's site and this particular CPU, the AMD Ryzen 5 7520U, has four cores and eight threads. There are multiple Ryzen 5 mobile processors and they have 4 or 6 cores depending their target market for that processor.

Will this printer allow me to print envelopes? I'm having to return my 9125E because the software disallowed correct alignment for #10 envelopes. Sadly, HP could not solve this and ultimately "wrote-up" the problem as a new "known issue" on this model.

Yes, depending on the thickness of the envelope, the OfficeJet Pro 9730e will accept up to 30 envelopes in the input tray, Insert the envelope(s) in the paper tray with the side to be printed facing down. Adjust the paper guides until they touch the edges of the envelope(s). Make sure the stack of envelopes is aligned with the appropriate paper-size indicators and does not exceed the stack-height marking in the tray.

What docking station would work with this Laptop that would support two monitors?
Thank you for the question. The USB ports on the 15-fc0025dx do not support video or docking stations/power delivery. The best solution would be to connect one monitor to the HDMI port and get a USB Type A to HDMI adapter or hub to connect the second external monitor.

all lights are on on the control -panel. How can I turn them off? How do I set the number of copies?
Thank you for the question. Apologies for what you're experiencing. You can set the number of copies by pressing the black or color copy button multiple times. You can find the legend for the lights on page 4 of the User Manual. If you don't have it, you can download it from the HP Support website. A flashing light means that the corresponding function needs to be reset. Lights not flashing may be addressed by resetting the printer. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Remove the USB cable, if present. Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge. Now plug the power cable straight into a wall outlet without any surge protector or extension cord (this is important) and then plug the power cord into the printer. Turn on the printer and wait until the warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.
