Our dryer was installed recently and mostly intuitive IF using the presets. How does one adjust temp lower or adjust time dry lower? This has us befuddled and irritated.

Hello Leo, There are feet on the bottom of the washer. Depending on if the appliance is overloader or the washer there is a chance that the washer may move. We recommend making sure that you are following the instructions in the Use and Care Guide.

(Comparing Normal cycle with Pet Pro Filter and option to cycle using traditional agitator without Pet Pro Filter and option. Results will vary based on fabric and type of pet hair.)
We are looking for a washer with a decent soak option, but we do not see anything mentioning soak in the features of this washer.

is it normal for this washer to make loud clunking noises when changing cycles ? What would be the reason for this ?
