We travel. RV parks offer wifi free however one of our favorites the signal we receive is fairly weak. Will this amplify that signal to our device's in the rv?

my solar setup gets really bad wifi from the router. if i purchased this extender, is it possible to just have the solar setup use the extender by picking the extenders wifi name and have the other devices in my home using just the router wifi name ?
