My router was blown out by lightning but I have 2 RBS50 Satellites. Will this work with them?

I have 1gbps internet. i have the eero whole home wifi that i got with the router the internet company gave me but i never get more than 500mbps on a good day and majority of the time i get under 200mbps. Will this router help with better connection?

Hello, This might also be in effect on your wireless adapter. Try to update your wireless adapter before purchasing a new one.

is this a dual band router/modem??

This is a cable modem only. Modem only doesn't have WiFi capability therefore it cannot broadcast WiFi signals. You still need a wireless router for this setup. Modem/router or Cable gateway on the other hand is a combination of modem and router in box. It broadcast a WiFi signal.

I currently have an Orbi router but I don’t get coverage throughout the house and on the back patio. Could I add another Orbi router to my current one for better coverage?

I want to replace my 5 year old Century Link C1000A Modem would this replace it?

Hi, cable modems will not going to work with your Centurylink connection because Centurylink is a DSL internet connection. You need a DSL modem or modem/router.

Will this device pick up the WiFi from my modem (Located on other side of the house) and then provide an access port for my non WiFi enabled desk top computer located about 250 feet away in another room?

Hi, regarding your concern, this may not be possible as 250 feet may be to far already. The way you setup a wireless extender, you need to place the wireless extender mid-way of the router and dead spot. So if you have like 250 feet. the extenders should be place 125 feet away from the router and dead spot. You may want to consider getting a wireless adapter for your desktop or Orbi system for wider coverage.

Netgear, Nighthawk, C7000. Does this unit have a landline port? Is it also Cox compatible? I have hearing loss a have Captel phone connected. If not this unit then which one do you recommended

Hi, the Netgear C7000 Cable gateway doesn't support voice therefore there is no RJ11 port or telephone port but it will going to work with Cox for the Internet part. We don't have any Cable modems that has telephone or voice feeature that will work with Cox. Our Cable Modems and gateways with voice feature only works with Xfinity Comcast.

I currently have spectrum internet. I have a rented modem and router from them. I am having issues with connectivity in my “she-shed” that is about 50 ft from house... about 75 ft from where the current modem and router are. Willl this help?

This is a router and satellite kit it will not attach to your existing modem router.

This should improve your connectivity.
