I have an Ubee Docsis 3 modem/router. Does this support the Orbi mesh system? How do I connect to my modem? Thanks

The Orbi is set up using an Ethernet cord to the modem. We have linked the installation guide below:

can I plug a wifi dongle into this and have it transmit and receive wireless signals

This router is designed to have the signal from Ethernet. A wireless dongle is not likely to work. - NETGEAR

I see that both 2.4 and 5ghz are supported. Since the base unit will be next to my modem and the the tv is in the same room, should I be streaming 5ghz to the tv or 2.4ghz? Also, does that mean I need to define one name for 2.4ghz and another for 5ghz?
