Damaged order

I ordered the replacement jar for my blender. I washed it and used it once to make a vinaigrette recipe. I tried to open apart the bottom blade and the handle cracked. I have only used the blender jar once. SHould I take it back to the store?I bought it online. I much rather exchange it with the glass jar if your plastic jars are old and easily cracked.

I always recommend checking the package of the bagel for temperature settings.

Cooking Meat

My husband loves to broil his rib eye steak and cook his bacon in the oven. Would this oven work in those situations?

The waffle iron tilts...

Hi All,
I used the waffle iron for the first time yesterday and when I rotate it it actually on its own tilts at a pretty obvious angle. I wasn't sure if this was supposed to do this or if it was a problem with my waffle maker or if it was a design flaw.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Is this a good appliance for old people?

This will be a gift to an elderly couple - we need nothing fancy. Knobs not LED's, easy to see, easy to operate. They won't be cooking major meals in it. We like the auto shut off feature, for safety. Any cons? Specifically the Oster 6 slice toaster oven TSSTTVF816.

Are the Ni-Cad batteries in any unit replaceable? Where can replacements be obtained?

Is this model the grey color or is it the all black color?

I bought one as a gift and the product details says it's Charcoal color but the picture shows it's all black, I was just wondering if maybe the picture on the box is different than the actual color of the product.

The CKSTWFBF10W-ECO charcoal waffle maker is a shade of black.

our adaptor is model AC/DC , class 2, power supply, model YL-35-060080D input 120v output 6v.
Can we used the opener with its adaptor in South america? Or we need another adaptor?

All of our products that are sold in the United States and Canada are manufactured and UL approved for 110-120 voltage. We do not recommend the use of voltage converters or transformers because the discrepancy between voltages will alter the functionality of the products.
