Only at Best BuyCarry a recording studio in your pocket with the Samson Go Mic. Its plug-and-play capability lets you get to work quickly, and it's compatible with Mac or PC for versatile use with your favorite studio software. This Samson Go Mic has a switchable omnidirection or cardioid pattern for custom performance.
I am looking to use this microphone to record my small group. What do I need to purchase to use this microphone from across the room? Is there an extension cord that can be used? If so, which one and how much please.

Thank you for contacting Samson Technologies. While using a longer Mini USB to USB A cable would work, I would recommend looking into our XPD2 Handheld system. This will give you that same USB capability, but with more flexibility and ease of use as you're not bound to a cable! If you have any other questions or inquiries, please let me know at any time.

For solutions that allow you to be further away from the microphone, I would recommend taking a look into our Go Mic Mobile system. For some distance away from you or if you are moving around a lot when recording/conferencing, this would be a great option to consider.
