does it work with samsung blu ray players?

i've used a 4 gb sandisk flash drive with my blu ray player for about six months now. in fact i used it so much i bought the 32 gb flash drive. However when i plug it in it doesn't even show the device. is it just not compatible or is there something i can do?

We apologize for the inconvenience which is caused to you, we would like to inform that there a certian capacity uptill which, you can use an USB device on most of the deivces as higher capacity devices needs more power to work. May be in this samsung blu ray player it do not support a 32GB capacity drive. So we request you to contact the manufacturer of the device for more information.

i got a new computer and i lost the disk. it will charge but my computer wont recognize it

Sansa players are plug-and-play devices with Windows Vista and Windows 7. Windows XP requires SP2 and Windows Media Player (WMP) 10 or higher. There are no additional drivers required.

If you have WIN XP, verify that you have WMP 10 or 11 installed. If not, we recommend installing WMP 11. You can find this version on the following link.

If your computer meets the minimum system requirements, the Sansa player may also not be recognized by the computer due to one of the following reasons:

- Corrupted drivers
