does this work with the Kenwood Sirius boombox

The SiriusXM Onyx EZR won't properly dock into a Kenwood Sirius Boombox. But if your Kenwood Sirius Boombox has an auxiliary input then you can use that aux input to connect the SiriusXM Onyx EZR Radio to your Kenwood boombox to play audio through the boombox.

No, not unless that radio has an auxiliary input.

I have a 2024 F-350 with Sync 4. No XM tuner. Could this be integrated with the factory equpiment to fucntion as OEM?

Yes and no. The SXM Tour will pair and connect to the Ford Sync 4 so you can play satellite audio through your Sync 4 over Bluetooth. But the Tour won't integrate to your Sync 4 like an original factory Satellite radio does. The Ford's steering wheel controls won't be able to change channels or scroll through presets on the Tour.

What Sirius home radio would work in the house and also be able to be transported or used in older vehicles, (non-satellite) 2003 Ford Expedition and 2004 Lincoln Town Car without wiring hook up, if any?

Those 2003 / 2004 model year vehicles won't have Bluetooth. But they might have cassette players or maybe an auxiliary input for their vehicle headunits (stereo radio). Any of our SiriusXM dock and play radios with a car kit and a boom box or home kit can easily be moved from home to car. But the car kit will need to connect to the car's radio somehow. For these model years the only options are included aux cable (if your vehicles have auxiliary input) or optional cassette adapter, or FM using the optional FM Direct Adapter. The first two options are easy to self install, but the FM Direct adapter connects to the back of your vehicles stereo radio so professional installation is recommended. Each of these options require one wire to connect to the radio and one wire to connect to the vehicle's 12v power port and another wire to connect to the satellite antenna that needs to be mounted on the outside on the roof of the vehicle. Current SiriusXM dock and play radios include the Onyx Plus and Onyx EZR which are compatible with all of the above mentioned connection options and have home and car kit versions available. If you got the radio as a home kit version then you could purchase two spare car kits (one into each vehicle) and then you can take it from car to car to home.

No, Wi-Fi is not required to listen to SiriusXM satellite radio on the SXSD2. All you need is a SiriusXM Satellite radio to dock into the SXSD2 boombox to listen to satellite radio.

Is the audio volume control adjustable? If so, how is the adjustment made?

The Onyx EZR radio has a limited volume control range to allow your Onyx EZR's volume to be matched to audio media other sources on your vehicle's head unit such as FM, CD etc. You access the volume adjustment on your EZR by Pressing Menu and then navigating to the "Audio Level" menu. Select Audio Level and then use the left and right arrow keys to increase or decrease the audio level. Be sure to press the select button before exiting the Audio Level menu to store that volume setting and then you can exit the menu.

My old home kit doesn’t go past channel 219. They moved SiriusXM channel 27 to 308. How high do the channels go on this unit?

The specific product you have referenced is Model # SXDH4 which is a home docking station for a Satellite Radio but no Satellite radio is included in the SXDH4 home kit so by itself it can't receive any Satellite channels. To receive any Satellite channels this docking station needs to be paired with a SiriusXM Satellite Radio. These Satellite radios can receive all of the Xtra channels above channel 219 and all the way to channel 460 when subscribed to a subscription that includes those Xtra channels: SiriusXM Edge, Onyx Plus, Onyx EZR and Tour and these all can be docked in the SXDH4 home docking station. In addition, the SiriusXM Roady BT can also receive all those Xtra channels with appropriate subscription but the Roady BT does not use a docking station.
