Yes but the radio ID doesn’t match means that the ID number showing on the radio display isn’t the real ID. Due to character display limitations on those radios, they can be very difficult to read the correct ID. If you can send us a picture of the radio ID as displayed on the radio, we can decipher it for them and then they will be able to activate the factory radio.
