difference between the models?

this one, the "metal source" one (Model: 1019511011), and the "jet soda starter kit" (Model: 1012111012)??

also, the other 2 are specific in that the bottles provided are "BPA free." this one does not. shall we assume it HAS BPA then?

Do you remove the carbonation bottle after each use or leave it in til empty?

The CO2 cylinder that is placed in the machine can be left in until its empty, it should make about 60 litres of sparkling water before needing to be changed. When its time for a new cylinder, remember to bring the empty one back with you for a discounted price on the new cylinder.
