The ICF-CDK50 does not have an alarm to turn on at a specified time, However it has a timer for cooking and a Digital FM/AM Tuner with 15 Presets.

Does the external audio cable allow a person to use an external wireless speaker?

I would like to add an outdoor wireless speaker to this unit. Is it capable of transmitting wireless signals if some sort of tranmitter is used?

The ICF-CDK50 is not wireless, Nor does it have external speaker Jacks. the ICF CDK50 has an Audio In port for Digital MP3 players.

does this product have a light on the bottom? how about an outlet to charge cell phones?

Can you mount this product to a kitchen cabinet that is NOT flush? I am having trouble finding one that can be mounted to a cabinet that has trim.

No the ICF-CDK50 is not HD Audio.
