Can I change out the wall mount for 1 that has more swivel and pull out. Or is it permenantly fixed?

We purchased a Curved 65 inch Samsung. When we have Best Buy mount it on the Bar --How high will the TV be from the Console(Stand's Top Level?) --Versus Table Level.
