How do I get it to dry a comforter without stopping? I just got it yesterday, it dried other loads of clothes fine, but for the comforter it keeps stopping after 5 to 10 minutes.

I have 2006 duet whirlpool washer WFW9500TW01 and dryer WED9500TW2 with pedestals. I am buying new machines from you in the next few days. Can you tell me how I know if the new machine will work with these whirlpool pedestals? I hate to buy new ones.
