I’m thinking of getting this unit to replace an old GE microwave. Does it need to be vented to the outside? My current unit is an over the range model, however it isn’t over my stovetop so no vent was needed.

daveydoodlebug, the depth of this appliance is 34 5/16 inches. if your cabinets are 25.5 inches, the refrigerator will be beyond the cabinets.
