Our microwave makes a metal rattling noise at times when closing the door. Is this normal? What could be causing this? Was it installed wrong?

Sometimes after my wash is done I can't get the lid to unlock to take the clothes out. It says cycle complete but the lid is still locked. Sometime after pulling on it a few times I can get it to open. I've only had this washer for 2 weeks.
