Whirlpool - 5.0 Cu. Ft. Self-Cleaning Freestanding Gas Convection Range - Stainless Steel
Maintain a pristine finish with this stainless steel Whirlpool gas range. Its 5.0 cu. ft. oven lets you prepare dishes in large containers, and the large viewing window makes it easy to keep an eye on food. This 30-inch Whirlpool gas range includes five sealed burners to heat several pots at once.
What is the best way to clean the stovetop grates and burner caps? With my old stove I used to be able to put those in the oven on self clean but the owners manual says not to do that. There was no instructions on what to use for this issue.

Per page 13 of the Use and Care Guide: PORCELAIN-COATED GRATES AND CAPS Food spills containing acids, such as vinegar and tomato, should be cleaned as soon as the cooktop, grates, and caps are cool. These spills may affect the finish. To avoid chipping, do not bang grates and caps against each other or hard surfaces such as cast iron cookware.
Do not reassemble caps on burners while wet. Do not clean in the Self-Cleaning cycle.
Cleaning Method:
■ Nonabrasive plastic scrubbing pad and mildly abrasive cleanser: Clean as soon as cooktop, grates, and caps are cool.
■ Dishwasher (grates only, not caps): Use the most-aggressive cycle. Cooked-on soils should be
soaked or scrubbed before going into a dishwasher.
■ Gas Grate and Drip Pan Cleaner Part Number 31617: See the “Warranty” section for contact information.

Hello Wondering! To ensure proper ventilation for your refrigerator, allow for a ¹⁄₂" (1.25 cm) of space on each side and at the top. Allow for a 1" (2.54 cm) space behind the refrigerator. If your refrigerator has an ice maker, allow extra space at the back for the water line connections. When installing your refrigerator next to a fixed wall, leave a 2" (5.08 cm) minimum space between the refrigerator and wall to allow the door to swing open.
