This ENERGY STAR Certified 5.2-5.3 cu. ft. Whirlpool Top Load Washer gives you two ways to wash thanks to the 2 in 1 Removable Agitator. Wash the way you want by simply removing the agitator to fit bulky items, or keeping it in to help break down loose soils.
Does this machine add enough water to completely saturate and cover the clothes?
Hello, Newer Top Load washers do use considerably less water than older traditional washers. Cycles such as Heavy Duty or Bulky items will fill with more water than the more energy-efficient cycles, such as normal. Load Size selection will also change the amount of water.
During rinse, most cycles use a spray rinse. However, by using the Fabric Softener option, or the Extra Rinse option, the washer will use a deep fill rinse.
NOTE: Cycles are designed for specific clothing items, and using them other than instructed in the Use and Care Guide may result in less than optimal performance. Using these cycles may increase the amount of time and energy used, and may not meet the standard Energy Star® Standards.

How do you clean the coils and where are they?
Hello, per page 4 of the Owner's Manual of this model There is no need for routine condenser cleaning in normal home operating environments. If the environment is particularly greasy or dusty, or there is a significant pet traffic in the home, the condenser should be cleaned every 2 to 3 months to ensure maximum efficiency. If you need to clean the condenser: Pull refrigerator out away from the wall. See “Unpack the Refrigerator.” Remove the base grille. Vacuum coils when they are dusty or dirty. Replace the base grille when finished. Roll refrigerator back into place. Make sure to leave 1" (2.5 cm) between the cabinet back and the wall. Check to see that the refrigerator is level.
