Enjoying the fridge so far, but for some reason I don't see any explanation in the manual about how to use the control panel on the ice machine. No idea how the temp button works, can the automatic fill level be changed?

This is the second machine that I have bought. Exact same model. Both machines stopped working after 2 years. Won't drain. I have unplugged, reset and nothing. The machine won't drain. Any suggestions as to why this us happening?
