Don't the racks adjust??? The sprayer arm is hitting my normal sized dinner plates on the lower level, and there is NOTHING mentioned in the online user manual, which I printed (8 pages) about how to adjust the height.
Hello Perplexed! Per page 11 of the Use and Care Guide: EZ-2-Lift™ Top Rack Adjuster: You can raise or lower the top rack to fit tall items in either the top or bottom rack. Adjusters are located on each side of the top rack. To raise the rack: Press both rack adjuster thumb levers and lift the rack
until it is in the up position and level. To lower the rack: Press both rack adjuster thumb levers and slide the rack to its down position and level.
NOTE: The top rack must be level.

Hello! Electrical supply junction box should be located 3" (7.6 cm) maximum below the support surface when the oven is installed in a wall cabinet. A 1" (2.5 cm) minimum diameter hole should have been drilled in right rear or the left rear corner of the support surface to pass the appliance cable through to the junction box.

Where is the power cord located on 24 inch whirlpool black double oven ? Bottom , Side ,Top ?....right or left side facing unit?

Unit is about 1 year old & we have a bad odor coming from fan in freezer causing ice to taste bad & an odor in fridge also. Like a bad dairy smell, but nothing is expired in fridge..

Is this a self filtering unit or one that need the filters manually replaced? If they need to be replaced by me, how often must they be replaced considering regular, daily use? and how much do the filters cost?
Hello Veei! This has a removable filter. So, the filter would need to be taken out and cleaned by you. The triple filter system consists of 2 parts, an upper filter assembly and a lower filter. The upper filter assembly keeps oversized items and foreign objects, along with very fine food particles, out of the pump. The lower filter keeps food from being recirculated onto your dishware.The filters may need to be cleaned when:Visible objects or soils are on the Upper Filter Assembly. There is degradation in cleaning performance (that is, soils still present on dishes). Dishes feel gritty to the touch. It is very easy to remove and maintain the filters. There is a chart in the Use and Care Guide for recommended Cleaning on page 7.
