I have a brand new Whirlpool Range model wfe320m0ew. The outlet has 240v but when it reaches the range it's only 120. The plug is also brand new and the continuity is good. What is going on? Any help is appreciated.

The length of time to do a load of laundry in this machine seems unusually long, like almost an hour when set to do a "Normal" cycle and "Medium" soil level. Why does it take so long to finish?!

Hello Sharon! There are no set range of cycle times for this model of washer. Cycle times vary depending on water pressure in the home, load size, amount of detergent used etc. The unit also has a soil sensor, which would sense the soil on the clothing. The driver dropped the machine when delivering. There was no visible damage except for a small scratch on the side. But, after installation, I noticed the tub seems very loose - a lot of movement...is this normal?
