Hi Parts, thank you for your inquiry. No parts are required unless you are planning to hook it to a water source. At that point you would need a water line and parts to make that install.

Hi Larry, thank you for your inquiry. It can cause discoloration and damage to the finishes on both models. On the black stainless you will probably see more visible scratching and damage.
