You advised NOT to use magnets on this model as it can cause discoloration. Is that only for the Black stainless Steel model or for the regular stainless steel model as well? Why does it cause discoloration on the black stainless steel?

Hi Larry, thank you for your inquiry. It can cause discoloration and damage to the finishes on both models. On the black stainless you will probably see more visible scratching and damage.

Is this refrigerator fingerprint resistant stainless steel? If says so in the description, but not the name. Also, the same exact model number at other stores looks slightly different. Can their be subtle differences within the same model number?
