The temperature control is not turned off after I pressed and held the setting button for 4 seconds. All the 4 lights were off one by one but at the end the original light was on again. Is it by design or malfunction?

Hi GilGil, thank you for inquiry. All of the lights should go out if you are pressing and holding the button for the recommend 4 seconds. However, keep in mind that it is a solid 4 seconds. So press and hold to a count of one-one thousand ect.
