I need to know the exterior size as I'm limited to height and width of frig.

Why is the control panel on the door of Model No. WRF736SDAB12 different from the one in the User Manual?

The control panel on the refrigerator is labeled Goldseries. The functions at the bottom of the panel are labeled Ice/Water, Light, Temp, Fast Ice, Lock, Filter Status. According to both the User Manual I received with the refrigerator and the on-line manual, they should be labeled Ice/Water, Light, Temp, Options, Lock, Measured Fill. How can I get the correct manual so that I can properly use all the functions?

The features will work in the same way as in the guide, but the guide provides an overview of all models. How long does it take to wash a regular load and does it come with a fabric softener deposit?

I bought a HE "up" load washer and it takes easily an hour with a regular load. It doesn't have a fabric softener deposit so I have to literally be at its side to not miss a cycle. It is a good washer, but I need one that it's fast an has fabric softener deposit or an alarm so it tells you (my house is big) when to add fabric softener.

Imelda, these washers can run longer than your previous washer, but as they use less water they can run for a longer amount of time and still use less energy. This washer has the Precision Dispense system. You can put in detergent, softener, and bleach in as necessary per load and do not have to wait to add the softener. It will be in the dispenser area, separate from the detergent.

Hi, and thank you for your interest in our appliances. The door is flat, but there is a slight bulge for the hinges and the handle. These are less than 1/2" outward, but the door itself is flat.

how is the capacity calculated i bought a 26.1 cubic ft fridge and it says it is a 24.7 how do you calculate this where is the extra 2 feet?

I hope that we are able to answer this. This refrigerator model is 24.7 or an estimated 25 cubic feet. Those numbers are determined by the space between the freezer and refrigerator area. This unit is 24.7 cubic feet, and is 36 inches wide.

Part missing?

Just got the frig and it seems fine. However, I wonder if there is a part missing. I will try to describe it -
the bottom shelf in the frig in my old frig had a little plastic support piece underneath that helped support it so the drawers didn't bind. The holes are there for this to fit in, but there is no piece.
Does anyone out there know what i mean?
