Why is this item advertised as self-cleaning but, in the specs, it states steam cleaning and steam and self-cleaning are completly different? I will never if avoidable, buy from you again. You will be a last resort seller. Thanks for nothing

Can I just add my detergent each load instead of using load and go and if so do I just put it in the tub before I run it? I do not see the single dose dispenser
