i only see one option to turn off ice maker on front of the fridge. Does that turn off both ice makers? Or does it turn off the above or below ice maker?

Hello! The one on the front of the refrigerator will only turn the one on the top off. The one in the freezer you would need to turn off manually. Thank you for your inquiry about our Whirlpool appliances.

We have a house RO system that would run through this refrigerator. Can we bypass the filter otherwise the filter is redundant and costly to replace.
